What is the Body Sculpt Method
This class will focus on the smaller muscles around your hips, buttocks, thighs, abs, lower back and arms.
It combines cardio and isometric training for complete fitness. You will work at an advanced level that will help you achieve your fitness goals.
With this method you move even the smallest muscles, the most hidden fibers, exercise and clean the toxins that we created with other workouts, lengthen the muscles, elongate the spine, lubricate and tone the muscles much more.
It focuses on toning and burning calories, through isometric exercises where the muscle is tense with different beats.
