Our expert osteopath focuses on the muscles, joints and the spine by combining diverse therapeutic techniques: mobilizations, stretching, joint and functional manipulations.

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Our physiotherapist will work with you so that you can achieve the goals most important to you. This could be supporting your injury recovery, a fitness goal or improving general mobility

REFLEXOLOGY

60 minutes

This method dates more than 2,000 years and involves gentle stimulation of acupressure points in the feet that have a direct connection to the various organs and glands in the body. Energising these points can have an overall balancing effect on the body.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

60 minutes

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle and non-invasive technique that uses light touch to release tension in a supported and comfortable way. During or after a session you may feel calm and energised, with increased clarity of mind and a feeling of well-being.

CUPPING THERAPY

60 minutes

Through suction and vacuum (the reverse of deep tissue), cupping therapy releases rigid soft tissue, drains excess fluids and toxins and loosens adhesions and connective tissue. It also stimulates blood flow to stagnant skin & muscular tissues.
