It is based on the use of stretch ropes at a certain height for doing the exercises with your own body weight, so that practicing with them requires no traditional weight training equipment. Functional training with TRX gives us the force needed to generate and control movements in an unstable environment, which in turn improves balance and body stability.

TRX allows you to adapt functional training to all levels and conditions, from the pursuit of extreme performance to simple, healthy fun.

Working with exercises where the position and movements are not limited by a fixed route support means that stabilizing muscles will be strengthened and our posture and body alignment remain fixed.

Also, with TRX bodily or kinesthetic awareness is developed, allowing us to control our body at all times and move smoothly and efficiently in increasingly demanding situations.

In short, TRX or Suspension training is functional training which nowadays can be available to anyone who wants to improve their fitness level.
